Breakfast Sausage & Egg Pizza

Recipe: Breakfast Pizza 6 – Extra Large Eggs (7 if only using large) 2 – Packages Crescent Rolls 1 – 16 oz package of sausage meat (I like Jimmy Dean Hot) 16 oz hash brown cubes or shredded (defrosted) 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (1 8 oz package) (you can use more if you like) I sometimes also mix some pepper jack or mozzarella Salt & pepper to taste 1 small can mushrooms chopped finely 1 small onion chopped finely You can also chop red and green peppers if you like, or spinach Preheat oven to 375° Crumble and cook sausage draining off grease Whip your eggs and add salt and pepper Spread the Crescent Rolls on a non stick baking sheet making sure to push together the perforations or use Pillsbury Pizza Dough or recipe creations Spread defrosted hash browns on Crescent Rolls Spread sausage on top of hash browns Add your optional toppings (mushrooms, onions, peppers, crumbled cooked bacon) Spread cheese over pizza Pour whipped eggs evenly over pizza bake 25 – 35 minutes till eggs are set.
