Ingredients:
4 portobello mushrooms
Boursin Cheese Spread(any flavor)
Olive Oil
Parmesan Cheese (grated)
Method:
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Remove stem & veins from mushrooms
Spread Boursin generously on mushrooms, then sprinkle with parmesan. Brush underside of mushrooms with olive oil & place on foil lined pizza pan or cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, then broil for an additional 3 minutes. Enjoy!!! |
