Chicken with soy sauce

Recipe: Two chicken legs (with skin) Two chiken thighs (with skin) 1/4 cup of soysauce 1 tsp of garlic powder 1 cup of frozen mixed veggies 1/2 a diced onion (optional) 1/2 tablespoon oil (optional) If you are going to use the onion put the 1/2 tablespoon of oil in pan at medium heat and sautee the onions for about 4 mins till tender. Lower the heat to a low setting and add the chicken to the pan then sprinkle the garlic powder over it and soy sauce. Let this cook for half an hour on a setting of low to medium heat if you are using thawed chicken. It will cook in the juices (be patient). Once half an hour has passed add the mixed veggies to the pot and continue to cook for 15 mins or till chicken is cooked. I serve this over rice. 0
