4-6 Pork chops with or without bone
1 box beef rice-a-roni
1 14.5oz can of diced tomatoes
Brown pork chops in 1Tbsp butter/marg. and cook till done
remove chops and set aside
Prepare rice-a-roni in same skillet following box directions.
When adding the season mix also add your can of tomatoes with all the juice mix well.
Place chops back in skillet so they sit ontop of the rice-a-roni, cover and finish cooking following the box directions.
Also good using left over beef or pork |
