Ingredients
Crust
1 cup flour 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup oatmeal 1/2 cup softened butter Filling
2 cups canned pumpkin 13 1/2 ounces evaporated milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ginger 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon cloves 2 eggs, beaten 3/4 cup white sugar Topping
2 tablespoons melted butter 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup brown sugar Directions
Mix together the crust ingredients and press in a lightly greased 9"x13"pan. Bake for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven.
In a large bowl, combine the filling ingredients, and beat well with a mixer.
Pour onto hot crust and bake for 20 more minutes.
Stir together the topping ingredients, and sprinkle on top of filling.
Bake for 20 more minutes.
