Needed:
5-8 Thin Steaks
Bag of onions (5-6 onions)
1 tomato
4 tbsps chili powder
Oil for frying steaks & 1 tsp oil for sauce
Plain Breading
4 eggs
Salt & Pepper
For Sauce: (This must be done about an hr at least ahead of time it takes a long time for water to boil out of pot.
Chop up all onions and tomato in thin strips and place in pot. Poor in tsp of oil. Sprinkle in chili powder and a pinch of salt and pepper. Sautee until onions are very soft. Once Soft add in 3 cups of water reduce heat to low and allow to boil till water is fully gone (there might be a little juice but not water).
For Steak:
Heat oil on medium.
Beat eggs in a good size bowl
Put bread crumbs in a separate large bowl
Take steaks and dip the steak into the egg then into the bread crumbs and fry them in the oil until breading is crisp or dark.
After a while the oil might become dark due to bread crumbs if cooking a lot of steak. Rinse and wash the pan and add more oil to continue cooking.
Once the steaks are fried place the sauce on top of the steak. Also GREAT on rice!!
