Recipe: 1 box of angel hair pasta 4 eggs seperated 1 sm container of heavy cream 1 cup of parm. cheese 1 TBS garlic 1 package of chopped panchetta 1 cup of white wine of your choice Cook pasta according to package minus 3 minutes. In a skillet cook panchetta with garlic until slighty crisp. Add wine and reduce for about 5 minutes. In a bowl combine egg whites with parm cheese. Add pasta to skillet mix and add cream. reduce heat to low and add egg white mixture stir for about a minute until heated through. Serve into bowls and add an egg yolk to top of 4 dishes. Stir and enjoy.
