INGREDIENTS
1 tsp. Canola oil
2 Tbsp. Onion, finely diced
1 31 oz. can Allens Chili Beans in Sauce
1 tsp. Chili powder
4 Tbsp. Prepared chunky salsa
1 Tbsp. Cheese, shredded
Dash Cracked black pepper
2 drops Hot sauce
DIRECTIONS
Combine and heat oil and onions, stirring until soft. Add Allens Chili Beans, mashing with spoon or potato masher to the consistency of refried beans. Add chili powder, salsa, cheese, black pepper and hot sauce. Stir frequently, bringing contents up from bottom of pot until warmed through (10 - 15 minutes).
Serve as a dip with tortilla chips or over french fries and shredded cheese for chili-cheese fries. Leftovers can be warmed in a flour tortilla for bean burritos.
