Cheesy Rice Casserole

Recipe: I invented this to use various leftovers we had, and now the kids beg for it. We found it works great with ham, turkey or chicken. Amounts are approximate- a little more or less of anything will still come out well. 4 cups hot cooked rice (we prefer brown) 3/4 c frozen sweet peas 1/3 reduced fat mayo 1- 1.5 c shredded cheddar cheese 2 T butter/margarine 1/2 t onion powder 1/2 t garlic salt approx 1 lb cooked ham or chicken or turkey (leftovers) Preheat oven to 350F Mix all ingredients together in large bowl as soon as rice finishes cooking (it must be warm to melt the butter). Spread in casserole dish and bake covered for 20-25 min.
