3-4 very ripe bananas
2 cups oatmeal plain
2 egg whites
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup splenda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
smash bananas,add egg whites.Mix in the splenda and vanilla extract.
Add oatmeal,baking powder,raisins and walnuts.Mix well with a spoon.
Use baking spray for the baking dish.
Bake at 375 for about 30 min.
Let cool,then put in tupperware container and refridgerate.
eat it cold and keep it refridgeratet.It is delicious and very healthy. |
