1 (2 lb) pack of frozen hashbrown potatoes, thawed
1 (8 oz) pack of sliced ham, chopped
2 (10.75 oz) cream of potato soup (canned)
1 (16 oz) container sour cream
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Farenheit
2. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan
3. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, ham, potatoe soup,
sour cream, and cheddar cheese.
4. Spread in baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
5. Bake in preheated oven until sauce is browned and top is browned, about 60 min. |
