INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds stew meat (or I used the meat cut up for stir fry from the commissary) ;
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms ;
1 can cream of mushroom soup ;
1 envelope dry onion soup mix ;
1 cup 7-up or Sprite ;
hot rice ;
DIRECTIONS:
Place meat and mushrooms in crock pot. Combine mushroom soup, soup mix, and soda. Pour over meat.
Cover and cook on low 8 hours. Serve over rice. |
