Gorgonzola Cheese & Pear Tart

Recipe: 1 prepared graham cracker crust 2 tbsp butter 2 pears, cored, peeled and sliced lengthwise 8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature ¼ c heavy cream 4 oz. treasure Cave crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, divided. In a medium skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add the pears and cook, turning occasionally, until golden and barely tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool. In a medium bowel, whisk the cream cheese with the cream. Stir in half of the gorgonzola cheese. Spoon the cheese mixture into the crust and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining gorgonzola on top. Fan the pear slices over the cheese into a circular patterns. Serve at room temperature.
