Russett Potatoes (5 lb bag)
1 can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
dash of salt
Peel potatoes. Boil potatoes with salt in the water. Put all 5 punds of potatoes in a mixing bowl with stick of butter. Pour half of can of evaporated milk in bowl and begin mixing with electric mixer. As potatoes begin to get creamy add the rest of your evaporated milk. Mix your potatoes for 5 to 10 minutes (time varies based on how quickly potatoes cream up). Add pepper to taste. You can also add shredded cheese, sour cream and/or bacon bits to taste. :) |
