1 pound ground beef 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 medium zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and sliced 1 (26 ounce) jar Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce or Prego® Organic Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce 1 (16 ounce) package mostaccioli or tube-shaped pasta (ziti), cooked and drained 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup ricotta cheese 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cook beef and garlic in 12-inch skillet until beef is browned, stirring to break up meat. Pour off fat. Add zucchini and cook until tender. Stir in sauce.
Stir beef mixture, pasta, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese and Parmesan cheese in 3-quart shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until hot. |
