Pasta Skillet Supper

Recipe: Ingredients: 8 ounces uncooked rigatoni 8 slices bacon, cut up 1 package frozen broccoli Hint of Garlic 2 cups mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (can leave out) Microwave or fry in a pan 8 slices of bacon. Cut up in 1-inch pieces. Reserve 2 tablespoons of bacon drippings, add 1 package of frozen broccoli. Steam until desired tenderness. Cook rigatoni according to directions; add to broccoli and bacon. Mix well; add Parmesan cheese, add hint of garlic. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper (optional) to desired taste, mix well. Add mozzarella cheese and stir just enough to coat and melt.
