2 lbs of hamburger/deer meat
2 blocks of Velvetta Mexican style cheese
2 can of rotel mild
2 32oz of mild salsa
1 can of diced tomatoes and green chilis
place rotel, salsa, and tomatoes in a crock pot on high. Chop the cheese into small cubes and place in crock pot as well. Brown the hamburger and then place on top of other ingredients. Stir them all together and leave in crock pot until cheese has melted.
It makes enough for about 12 ppl. You can substitute the mild salsa/rotel for hot. Everything just depends on how hot you can handle the dip. |
