1 pound ground beef
1 jar salsa, divided
2 cups cheddar cheese divided
12 flour tortillas
Brown meat and drain, Stir in 1/2 cup salsa and 1 cup cheese.
Spread 1 cup salsa in 13X9 baking dish. Place 1/4 cup meat mixture in center of each tortilla and roll up. Place tortillas seam side down on salsa. Top with remaining salsa and cheese.
Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot. |
