Recipe: |
1 lb fresh salmon
1 lb of shredded mexican cheese
1 bx of lasagna noodles
1 teaspoon of season all
1 bottle of alfredo sauce

13x9 baking dish
On a cutting board, chop the salmon into little pieces like ground beef. After you chop it up, put the salmon into a sauce pan and sprinkle season all on it. Cook until it is dark pink. Add Alfredo sauce to salmon. While you are waiting for the salmon, put you lasagna noodles into a 4 quart pot. Boil until tender. Drain noodles
Preheat oven 375 degrees F.
Grease baking dish and put one layer of noodles, then salmon and next layer of cheese. Follow process in this order unitl all used.
Put in oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Take out of oven and it is ready to be served.
Optional: you can always add tomatoes, spinach or any other vegertable that you like.
I have 2 children that are very picky eaters. This was a sure crowd pleaser in my home. My husband was so excited that I cooked something that our 2 children wanted seconds. Also this meal cost less that 20 bucks and took less than 30 minutes to make.
