Recipe: Mixed Vegetable Salad 1 (10 oz) package frozed mixed veggies, cooked & chilled 1 (15-16 oz) can dark kidney beans, rinsed and drained 4 stalks celery, chopped 1 small onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped l Tablespoon all-purpose flour 1/2 cup white vinegar 1 Tablespoon prepared mustard Combine veggies in salad bowl; stir well, cover and chill. Stir together flour, vinegar, sugar and mustard in saucepan and cook over med. heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and clear. Chill dressing. Pour dressing over veggies just before serving and gently stir to mix.
