Chili Bean Enchilida

Recipe: 3 small cans pinto beans, 1/2 pound ground beef,1 small can tomato sauce,1 package corn tortillas,2 tomatoes,1 onion,1 head of lettuce,1 lb schredded cheddar cheese,chili powder,garlic salt,salt/black pepper. Cook ground beef in a skillet, put pinto beans into a large sauce pan and add cooked ground beef,1 can tomato sauce,3 tbs chili powder,1/2 tsp garlic salt,1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Heat and mix all ingrediants until hot. Dice onion. Cut tomatoes and lettuce into small cubes. Add 2 cups of water to a sauce pan along with 1 tbs of chili powder and simmer. Cook 1 corn tortilla in the sauce pan until soft. Put corn tortilla in a plate,add chili bean mixture, top mixture with onions,tomatoes,lettuce and cheddar cheese. Feeds 4-6
