Cooked rice
Beef/chicken/pork(which u like, cut into bite size pieces
)
Onion, sliced into 1/2 inch thick wedges
Potatoes, cubed bite size.
Carrots, cubed bite size
Curry (Japanese curry S&B Golden Curry)
Brown meat, onion and vegetables in large pan. Add water to barely cover. Simmer until vegetables are softened, Turn down the heat to low, Add curry (amount depends on taste preference). Serve over rice.*very easy very delicious. |
