Creme de Menthe Brownies

Recipe: 1. Ingredients: a. One box of Chocolate Brownie mix b. One Lb bag of powdered sugar. c. Creme de Menthe d. Can of Fudge icing e. 1Lb of butter/margerine f. 2-3 eggs g. milk or water as instructed on box of brownie mix 2. Equipment: a. Large bowl b. Mixer or whist c. 11 1/2 X 9 inch brownie pan c. Spatulas for icings 3. Instructions: a. Mix brownies using instructions according to box recipe using the instruction set for cake-like brownies. b. Pour brownie mix into 11 1/2 X 9 pan and bake as directed. c. Allow brownie mix to cool and set. d. Mix 1 lb of powdered sugar and blend in 1/2 to 3/4 pound of butter and blend with whisk or hand blender until mixture becomes consistency of soft creme cheese and then add 1 to 2 tablespoons of creme de menthe until mixture is a soft pastel green color. e. Cover brownies with the creme de menthe mixture fro d. above then cover with aluminum or saran wrap and place in refrigerator to cool for 4 to 6 hours. f. Remove brownies from refrigerator and cover with chocolate fudge canned icing. Recover and replace for another 1 to 2 hours to let cool and set. g. Remove brownies, cut to needed size/portions and enjoy.
