Recipe: Ingredients 3 lb chicken thighs, deboned, cut into serving pieces 1/2 c white vinegar 1/2 c shoyu (soy sauce) 1/4 tsp peppercorns, crushed 2 tsp brown sugar 5 clove fresh garlic, crushed 3 bay leaves Directions 1.Combine all ingredients in a medium pot. Cover, bring to boil, lower heat to simmer for 45 minutes. 2.Uncover the pot and let simmer for 15 more minutes. Serve with hot rice, YUM! 3.Almost any meat, pork, chicken, fish, vegetables shellfish, etc. can be cooked adobo style.
