Ingredients
Skinless chicken tenders
Eggs
Bread crumbs
shredded coconut
vegetable oil
Mix bread crumbs and shredded coconut in a bowl. Dip the chicken into the egg then into the bread crumbs and coconut. Pour enough vegetable oil to coat the frying pan with the heat on medium. Cook chicken until golden brown then flip to the other side. Repeat until chicken is fully cooked. |
