Ingredients:
1-2 lbs ground beef
1 can O'del Paso enchilada sauce (hot or mild)
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pk soft taco shells (burrito size)
8-10 pieces of sliced cheese
1/4 cup of milk
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
*Mix together both soups, enchilada sauce and milk into a bowl until well mixed then set aside.
*Brown ground beef and season to preference. Take one taco shell and place one piece of cheese on it then add a 1/4 cup amount of meat. Fold 2 opposite sides toward each other and then roll up as you would a burrito. Repeat until all meat and shells are gone.
*Pour approx. 1/3 of mixture into the bottom of a rectangular pan (glass or metal) Place rolled meat into the pan then pour the rest of the mixture over.
* Place in preheated oven for approx 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle shreaded cheese on if desired as a topper. |
