Awesome Artichoke Dip Name: Michelle Olson Base: RAF Mildenhall, UK Recipe: 1 (14oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and diced 1 small can chopped green chile, drained 3/4 c. grated Parmesan Cheese 1 1/2 c. may (real, not Miracle Whip!) garlic salt pepper *optional: 1 jar diced pimentos instead of green chiles Mix together and pour into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with Paprika. Bake @ 350 for 20-25 mins, till lightly browned. Makes about 2-3 cups, perfect for a party! Everyone asks for this recipe!
