Recipe: 2 Lbs Ground beef/ or turkey 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup 2 can of corn 1 large can enchilada sauce 1 can diced olives 1 can diced chillies green 1 block of velveeta cheese 1 package or corn tortilla Turn your oven to 450. Brown your meat on a medium heat. Will your meat is cooking, take your Tortilla cut them in to about 6 squares. Cute Cheese up into small peices so it melts easy. In a big mixing bowl combine all your ingredients stir everything together until the cheese starts to melt. After everything is mix well, pour everything into a baking dish (9X9 glass dish is what I use) put it in the oven for about 15 min just until the top gets crunchy (not burnt).
