Recipe: For the chicken 2 boneless skinless chicken breast Salt Pepper 2 teaspoon of Paprika 2 teaspoon of Dry thyme 2 Tablespoon ofGarlic salt Olive oil For salad Half of a romaine lettuce heart thinly sliced 3 peeled and sliced radishes 2 sliced tomato 1 bunch of sliced green onions 1 quarter cup drained canned corn Vinaigrette Juice of a large lemon 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar A dash of balsamic vinegar 1 clove garlic - crushed Salt Olive oil Season the chicken with salt,pepper,garlic salt,thyme and paprika.Heat the pan and add the olive oil .sear the chicken breasts and turn the heat to low put a lid on the pan and cook the chicken all the way through checking it occassionally. Mix the salad ingredients. Whisk the vinaigrette ingredients Combine the salad with vinaigrette , slice the cooked chicken breasts and place on top.
