Recipe: |
1. one package of frozen strawberries thawed.
2. One package of frozen peaches thawed.
3. 1 1/4 cup of splenda
4. two easy bake pie crust thawed (off brand works good)
5. preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix thawed fruit in a large bowl with splenda. Let sit for about 30 minutes in room temp.
Spray pie dish down with non stick or pam. Roll one pie crust on in the pie dish. Fill the pie dish with the bowl of mixed fruit. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Times vary depending on oven settings. Let sit for about 45 minutes when done. Great with Vanilla ice cream
