Pre-heat oven to 375°
1/2 C White Sugar
1 C Brown Sugar
1 Heaping Cup Mashed Beans
1/2 C Butter
2 Eggs-Beaten
1 Unbaked Pie Shell
Blend sugar, eggs and butter till creamy.
Add beans, blend well. Pour into pie crust. Allow room for filling to cook.
Bake at 375° for 20 minutes
Turn oven down to 350° and bake for another 25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. |
