Pork Chops with Gravy

Recipe: 8 Pork Loin Chops 1/2inch thick 1 Egg 2 TBS Water 3/4 Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 Can French Onion Soup 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese 2 TBS Vegtable Oil 1 TBS Butter Mix egg and water in a shallow bowl, prepare another shallow bowl or plate with bread crumbs. Dip pork chop in egg mix then in bread crumbs. In a large skillet brown chops on both sides in oil and butter about 2 minutes each side. Transfer to greased 13x9 baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese on chops. Combine soups and pour over chops, sprinkle remaining cheese. Cover and bake @ 325 for 1 1/2 hours.
