Recipe: Ingredients: 3 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 tablespoon sugar 1/2 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon almond extract 1 tub (8 oz.) frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed 1 1/3 cups shredded coconut 1 Ready-Crust Pie Crust Keebler® Ready Crust® Shortbread 1 Ready-Crust Pie Crust Keebler® Ready Crust® Graham Directions: 1. In mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add sugar. Beat until combined. Gradually beat in milk and almond extract. 2. Stir in whipped topping and coconut. Spread in crust. Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm. 3. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting. Garnish as desired. Store in freezer.
