1lb ground beef
1 1/4 cup water
1 1/4 cup milk
4oz velveeta cheese, cube
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 bag medium egg noodles, uncooked
1/4 tsp black pepper
1. brown meat in large skillet, drain.
2. stir in water and milk, bring to a boil. stir in noodles; cover. simmer on medium-low heat for 8 minutes or until noodles are tender.
3. add velveeta, soup & pepper. cook 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. |
