Sausage stir fry

Recipe: Ingredients: 1 package pre-cooked smoked sausage 2 bell peppers 2 onions 4-5 potatoes 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons margarine or butter (optional) salt & pepper to taste 1.) cut up onions and bell peppers into bite size pieces and put into large skillet. Add olive oil and turn burner to low-medium heat. 2.) While onions and bell peppers are cooking, peel potatoes and cut into bite size pieces. Add to bell peppers and onions. (occasionally stir the bell peppers and onions while peeling potatoes) 3.) Cut up sausage into bite size slices and add to pan. 4.) Add butter, salt, and pepper to taste. 5.) Cover and continue cooking on low-medium heat until potatoes are tender. Stirring often so nothing scorches. 6.) Enjoy!!!
