Ingredients:
1 pint-shucked oysters
1 pack imitation crab meat
2 tsp. butter
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 pint whole milk
accent, salt, pepper to taste
Directions:
Saute oysters in butter until the edge of the oysters curl. Add onions and crab meat. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. Add milk and simmer for 10 min. Season to taste. Enjoy with oyster crackers. |
