SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE, 1-16OZ CAN MIXED VEGETABLES(DRAINED), 4 MEDIUM POTATOES COOKED AND MASHED, 3/4 CUPS CHEDDER CHEESE, GRATED.
BROWN HAMBURGER AND ONION. DRAIN GREASE. IN CASSEROLE, COMBINE ROTEL TOMATOES, SALT, PEPPER, MIXED VEGETABLES AND HAMBURGER MIXTURE. TOP WITH MASHED POTATOES AND GRATED CHEESE. COOK UNCOVERED AT 350 DEGREES UNTIO CHEESE IS MELTED. ABOUT 15-20 MINUTES. SERVES 4-6
