1 1/2 cups of flour
1 cup of cornmeal
1/3 cup of sugar
3 teaspoons of baking powder
1 egg
1 cup of evaporated milk
1/3 vegetable oil
3/4 can of cream of corn
Mix all dry ingredients, then add all wet ingredients. Bake 20 min at 400, then 35 at 350. |
