1 beef roast
1-2 packets of brown gravy
French bread loaf
Provolone Cheese one package
Garlic salt
Pepper
butter
seasoned meat tenderizer
Take your roast and season with garlic salt, pepper, and meat tenderizer
Place in crock pot and cook until it is falling apart
Next preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Take your french bread loaf and slice bread down the center like a loaf of garlic bread. Spread butter all over it and then add some garlic salt. Place in the oven until butter is melted.
Now pull apart the roast and make sure there are no chunks. Get your brown gravy cooking and add the roast to it. take it off the stove and slather all over the bread. Once all the meat is on the bread add cheese and stick it back in the over until the cheese is melted. |
