For the cake:
Yellow cake mix
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding.
1/2 cup oil
1 cup club soda
4 eggs
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Combine ingredients and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes then fold in 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes. Let cake cool
For the frosting:
1 Pint heavy cream (make whipped cream)
Add 1 pkg pistachio pudding (whip again)
Fold in 10 oz of cool whip.
