1 graham cracker crust
2- 8oz cream cheese
1 can evaporated milk
1 small bowl of cool whip
1/2 tsp of lemon juice
2 tsp of real vanilla extract
mix softened cream cheese with evaporated milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Then fold in cool whip.
Place in crust may have enough to do 2 cheesecakes. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
