Recipe: 1 chopped onion 6 slices of chopped bacon 400g thickly sliced mushrooms bunch of basil, chopped fresh ground pepper 300ml cooking cream 1 shot brandy 1 pkt tortellini grated Parmesan cheese Fry onion and bacon until brownish, throw in mushrooms and basil until mushrooms are soft. add cream, pepper and brandy, let simmer for 2 minutes. In the meantime boil water and add tortellini. combine tortellini and sauce together, serve with grated Parmesan cheese
