6 Hard Boiled Eggs (cut in half and remove yolk into a bowl)
To the yolks add 1/4 cup of mayo (more may be used if to thick). 3 Tbs. of crumbled bacon, 3 Tbs. shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 tsp. chipotle chile pepper, 2 - 2 1/2 tsp. of mustard, and 1/4 tsp. of honey. Mix all these ingredients together until will blended , then refill the egg whites with egg yolk filling and sprinkle with some more chipotle chile pepper. |
