Belly Bomber Slyder Casserole

Recipe: 12 White Castle Hamburgers (hold the pickle) 8 eggs 1/2 cup of milk 1/2 lb. of bacon (cooked but not crisp) 1 cup of cheddar cheese In a greased 8x10 pan break up the hamburgers. Beat eggs and milk together in a bowl, then pour over the top of the hamburgers. Take a fork and mash the hamburger buns into the egg mixture. Let the liquid get all soaked up. Cut up cooked bacon into pieces and place over the top of the egg mixture. Then top with cheddar cheese. Can be cooked immediately or let it sit in the fridge overnight. Bake 350 for 30 minutes and the cheese is bubbly and browned slightly. This is a great casserole for breakfast or brunch. And you can use either fresh or frozen then defrosted hamburgers.
