Jalapeno Popper Dip

Recipe: Two 8oz packages of cream cheese (softened) One Cup of Mayo One 2oz can of green chiles diced (drained) 3oz of diced jalapenos (from a jar) 3/4 Cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese Combine the first four ingredients. Place the mixture into a microwave safe dish. Top with grated cheese. Microwave for about four minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or bread. This recipe can be adjusted to your liking. I like to add more jalapeno peppers. I also use fat-free or low-fat mayo and cream cheese to make it a little healthier.
