Potatoes
1-2 Bunches of green onions
Bacon
Sour Cream
Shredded Cheese (Your choice)
Peel and cut potatoes. Boil them. While potatoes are boil, fry bacon until crispy. Crumble bacon and set aside. Cut green onions about a half of a centimeter and set aside. Drain potatoes and mash. Add sour cream until potatoes are at desired thinness. Add bacon, onions, and shredded cheese. Serve. |
