Recipe: Ingredients: 10 1/2 ounces cream of onion soup 1 1/2 pound ground beef 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 medium egg 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 dash pepper 1 tablespoon flour 1/4 cup catsup 1/4 cup water 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon mustard In bowl combine 1/3 cup soup with beef, crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Form into 6 patties. Brown patties. Pour off fat. Remove patties. Gradually blend remaining soup into flour until smooth. Add to skillet, stirring to loosen browned bits. Add browned patties. Stir occasionally.
