Buffalo Chicken Pizza with Bacon

Recipe: •1 pkg refrigerated pizza crust •6 pieces of bacon (I used turkey bacon) •3 8 oz chicken breasts •1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce •2 1/2 tbsp chunky blue cheese dressing •8 oz shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese •1 small container crumbled blue cheese Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread pizza crust across cookie sheet. Bake for about 8 minutes and remove from oven. While crust is cooking, place bacon strips between two paper towels on a microwave safe plate and microwave on high for about 6 to 7 minutes until bacon is crisp. While bacon is cooking, cut chicken breast into small chunks. Brown chicken chunks on medium high heat until almost done. Mix 1/2 cup chicken wing sauce and 2 1/2 tbsp of blue cheese dressing together and toss over chicken. Sautee for about a minute more to thoroughly coat chicken and thicken. Spread chicken and sauce mixture across top of pizza crust. Empty entire package of shredded cheese over chicken and sauce. Cut strips out of bacon or crumble with fingers and spread across top of pizza. Finally, evenly distribute about three handfuls of crumbled blue cheese across top of pizza and place back in the oven to bake for an additional 6 minutes.
