Easy No Need to Knead Bread

Recipe: 4 cups unbleached all- purpose flour OR best for bread flour 1 3/4 cup hot tap water 3 tsp fresh quick rise yeast 1 tsp sea salt 3 tblsp vegetable or olive oil.(Check label on oil for Vitamin E to make a more nutritious loaf) 2 tblsp brown sugar, molasses, honey OR white sugar Mix all dry ingredients together then add water in a large plastic bowl. Mix together thoroughly with wood spoon, adding a little more water if dough seems too dry. Cover with warm, clean damp towel and place in a non- drafty warm spot. This dough can rise for as little as 4 hours or left overnight for sourdough. When ready to bake pull dough out of bowl gently shape into a round or a loaf. Let set for 20-30 minutes on a lightly oiled baking sheet or pizza stone. Bake 25 minutes in 400 degree oven.
