Place in slow cooker/crock pot on low:
10 oz. Mahatma Saffron Rice packet
3.5 cup water
16 oz. jar black bean salsa
When rice is tender turn to warm setting, or off. Add crushed taco shells or taco chips on top, then pour a jar of salsa con queso over all and replace lid. When cheese is warm serve as is or with shredded lettuce,cilantro,and black olives to taste. Serves 4 generously. |
